Proactive Policing Update for Eckington and Killamarsh

Sgt Molloy and PC Hempsey had a productive evening tackling local priorities across the area.

- Proactive patrols in Killamarsh, including Peacock Close and Baker Park, were carried out following reports of antisocial behaviour involving mopeds and e-scooters being ridden irresponsibly.

- Stead Street Park and the Lansbury Road play area were visited in response to further reports of antisocial behaviour.

- Plain clothes patrols in both Killamarsh and Eckington targeted concerns around early evening burglaries.

- Foot patrols along the Trans Pennine trail provided reassurance and helped deter criminal activity.

- A number of bail checks were also completed as part of ongoing offender management.
